I had need for an emergency catheterization.  Even though I was a walk in they checked me in quickly and took me right away. The doctor and nurses who took care of me where truly professional and caring. I understood everything and have already followed up with my urologist's office.

I’ve had a challenging week . I used hair products in my hair that contained some kind of corn in a different form in them, I had had to wash it out immediately, as my head was going into anaphylactic shock , I had absolutely no idea the Wow Dream Coat had that in it, “the glycol” so I was to douse my hair with it and heat treat to dry, it was after . Then a few days later I tried just to do strands , no way, I had to wash it out , and again take my Ativan and benedryl . Now yesterday I ate some shepherds pie , it was the worse reaction in my head face,  neck, back and shoulders , I hurried to pre-treat in case the hospital was too busy, I knew I would not make it. They took me in right away.  Dr. Crosby was in charge last night at Landmark. They knew I pretreated at home and gave it time for meds to work, I even had the shakes in my legs, it was coming up my body .. things began to calm down, but there was still an issue in my neck and chest , a burning. He ordered a shot of Ativan, and I was able to come home .
Dr. Crosby had the BEST BED SODE MANNER EVER !!! They need more doctors like him, I am so very grateful he took care of me last night .
