Take I-295 North to Exit 9B (Route 146 North). Move to center lane and follow signs to Route 99 North (sign reads Route 99 to Route 122 Woonsocket & Cumberland). Proceed to the intersection of Route 99 and Route 122. Turn left onto Route 122 and then follow directions as highlighted in ‘FROM ROUTE 122’.

Take I-95 North to Route 146 North (Exit 23 off I95 marked ‘Route 146N Lincoln/Woonsocket’). Follow straight for approximately 9 miles. As you approach Route 116 South (mall exit) on Route 146, immediately move over to the right lane onto the access road to Route 99 North. Entrance to Route 99 immediately follows entrance ramps to I295 North & South. Proceed to the intersection of Route 99 and Route 122. Turn left onto Route 122 and then follow directions as highlighted in ‘FROM ROUTE 122’.

Take I-95 South to I-295 South (Exit 4 in Attleboro area of I95) to Route 146 North (Exit 9B off I-295). Follow signs to Route 99 North. Proceed to the intersection of Route 99 and Route 122. Turn left onto Route 122 and then follow directions as highlighted in ‘FROM ROUTE 122’.

Take Route 146 South to the North Smithfield vicinity. Continue past the Downtown Woonsocket exit (Route 104) and ignore the blue hospital signs (they lead to the Fogarty Unit). Proceed to the intersection just past the Anchor Suburu dealership (on the right). Stay to the far left lane and turn left at the intersection. Follow this road (Route 126) .6 miles to access Route 99 North. Turn left onto Route 99 after the underpass. Proceed to the intersection of Route 99 and Route 122. Turn left onto Route 122 and then follow directions as highlighted in ‘FROM ROUTE 122’.

Proceed straight through four sets of lights. At the fifth light (Dunkin’ Donuts will be on your right), bear right onto Cass Avenue. Landmark Medical Center is on the right.

Take I-295 North to Exit 9B (Route 146 North). Move over to left lane. Continue straight on Route 146 through one set of traffic lights until you reach the Route 146/Route 146A split. Bear right at split onto Route 146A ‘Park Square and Woonsocket’ and then follow directions as highlighted in ‘FROM ROUTE 146A’.

Take I-95 North to Route 146 North (Exit 23 ‘Route 146N Lincoln/Woonsocket’). Continue on Route 146 for about 12 miles, passing through one set of traffic lights in North Smithfield. At Route 146/Route 146A split, bear right onto Route 146A ‘Park Square, Woonsocket’ and then follow directions as highlighted in ‘FROM ROUTE 146A’.

Take I-95 South to I-295 South (Exit 4 in Attleboro area of I95) to Route 146 North (Exit 9B off I-295). Move over to left lane. Continue straight on Route 146 through one set of traffic lights until you reach the Route 146/Route 146A split. Bear right at split onto Route 146A ‘Park Square and Woonsocket’ and then follow directions as highlighted in ‘FROM ROUTE 146A’.

Continue to traffic light (approximately 3/4 mile). Take a right onto Dowling Village Boulevard and first left into the parking lot of The Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island.

Take Route 146 South to Route 104 (‘Downtown Woonsocket’ exit). Take a left at the end of the exit. Follow Route 104 to the Route 146A intersection (Beef Barn will be on your left). Take a right onto Route 146A and follow past Stop ‘n Shop (Park Square). At the second traffic light, take a left onto Dowling Village Boulevard and first left into the parking lot of The Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island.
