Community Health Fair

We’re excited to welcome you to our Community Health Fair at the hospital! This free event will feature a wide range of resources, education, and on-site health services designed to support you and your family’s well-being. From blood pressure checks and vaccine information to dietitian advice, Narcan distribution, and first aid education – there’s something for everyone.

All attendees will receive a free raffle entry ticket upon arrival, with great prizes to win!

We’re proud to partner with the Blackstone Valley Prevention Coalition, Community Care Alliance, Thundermist, Pappas Physical Therapy, and the Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island, who will be on-site to share valuable information and resources.

If you don’t currently have a Primary Care Physician, this is a great opportunity to meet our Resident Clinic team. They are trained professionals who are ready to become your PCP and help you manage your health.
