Our program utilizes a 4 + 1 scheduling model. Residents have 4 weeks of inpatient or elective rotations followed by 1 week of outpatient general medicine in their continuity clinic.

- 10-12 weeks general inpatient medicine/admitting resident*

PGY-3

*Supervisory role during rotation.
**Electives for 2nd and 3rd year residents must include at least one block (2 weeks) of Neurology, geriatrics, and addiction medicine within those 2 years.
+One away elective (up to 4 weeks) allowed in PGY-2 or PGY-3 year.
